Prices quoted on the site are current studio retail prices. All prices include VAT @20%. VAT # 827 1959 00

You may send your credit card information via the phone or Internet via our web shop Create or PayPal.
Despatch Timeframe
We spend a lot of time ensuring our pieces are wrapped well in sturdy packaging.
Gate Gallery & Glassworks is dedicated to dispatching your order promptly and efficiently according to your instructions. We will normally dispatch your order within 3 -5 working days.
Overseas Orders
UK and international payments are accepted. Postage overseas will be charged at Post Office rates where applicable or courier service as appropriate. Please contact us via email to discuss the best shipping option - these options will not include any local taxes, tariffs and duty that may be payable on delivery.
UK Shipping Policy
All of our product are sent out to customers using Royal Mail ‘signed for’ or Parcelforce standard delivery.
All customers will be advised of despatch date and provided with a tracking number (if applicable).
Colours & Sizes
We make every effort to display as accurately as we can the colours of items displayed on this site, but regret we are unable to guarantee the true colour re-production of the shades displayed, because browsers, screens and printers do vary in colour output. There will also be a natural degree of variation in colour, size and form of each individual piece. Sizes shown on the site are approximate.
There may be small bubbles within the glass and toolmarks on the surfaces. This is not a fault but a consequence of the truly hand made nature of each piece.

Returns & Exchange Policy
In the highly unlikely event something does get broken in transit we give a full refund. You will need to send photos of the broken item and the packaging as it arrived to you.
If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, the item must be returned to the Gate Gallery & Glassworks in its original packaging and or original condition. We follow these guidelines:
Please ensure you use a secure and reliable method to return your purchase. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches the Gate Gallery & Glassworks in Brecon, Powys.
If the item is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the item and the reasons for return and whether you require a replacement or a refund. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
Please return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Care of your Glass
Glass can be cleaned with a soft cloth, glass cleaner or a damp cloth with a mild detergent and rinsed thoroughly. The piece must be dried thoroughly to remove water. Do not allow droplets of water to remain on the glass to evaporate. This will create marks on the surface. Do not put hand made glass in a dish washer. Do not pour hot water directly onto any hand made glass as this is likely to result in thermal shock and break.
